Check-in: 15:00 - 19.00 - We can hold your luggage from any time after 10.00 on the day of arrival. We accept no liability for loss, theft or damage if you avail of the convenience.  
Check-out by: 11:00. Late check out can be arranged for a fee and depending on availability of the room.  Please enquire 24hrs before day of departure. 

CHILDREN
Children of any age are welcome.
Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults at this property.

SMOKING POLICY
a) By law, Willowbank House is a non-smoking establishment.
b) Willowbank House reserves the right to cancel the reservation of the guests without notice if a guest ignore the non-smoking policy. Guests will be fined a standing £150.00 if found smoking within the establishment and up to any amount quoted by a professional to remove smoke damage/smell from rooms. 

MEALS
a) Full Ulster fry is included in the rate quoted and is served between 08.00 and 10.00 Monday – Sunday. Should a guest require breakfast outside these times, we require 24h notice. The earliest we can arrange a fully cooked breakfast is 07.30.
b) We can cater for special dietary requirements but would need to be advised of such at time of booking or at least 24hours in advance.
c) We can provide a Continental Breakfast in your bedroom. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to arrange this service.

ROOM
a) Bedrooms are allocated according to the room type booked unless a specific room is requested at time of booking.
b) Every guest is liable for damages caused in the bedroom which have not been reported on check in or any damage caused by them to any other part of the property. 
c) Disabled facilities are not provided in the establishment. We do have one bedroom that is located on the ground floor. However from this bedroom the breakfast room and guest lounge are accessed by 6 steps. Should you have mobility issues please advise at time of booking. 

PRICES
Willowbank House reserves the right to amend prices in the event of the following:
a) Unforeseen changes in the cost of labour and/or essential commodities
b) Any variation in the rate of value added tax or any other tax replacing same
c) Any new taxes other than or replacing Value Added Tax
d) VAT is included in the prices quoted at the current rate

ANIMALS
Animals/Pets are not permitted inside the establishment. Should it be found that an animal was being held in a bedroom or any other part of the establishment a cleaning charge of £50.00 will apply.

PARKING
Off street parking is available. Willowbank House will not be held liable for damage to vehicles or theft of/from vehicle whilst parked in the business grounds. Any damage caused to the property by a vehicle will be charged at the cost of repair. (Watch out for the stone walls)

GENERAL LIABILITY
Willowbank House will not be liable for any failure to provide the services contracted in the following circumstances
a) Industrial action by employees
b) Industrial action by staff of a major supplier
c) Destruction of or damage to the establishment
d) Civil disturbance or riot
e) Email, Fax or Postal Bookings which do not reach them
f) Any other matter out with their control
g) The operator fails to comply with any terms of this agreement
h) The Company undertakes to take all possible action within its powers to alleviate any such inconveniences. In the event of any doubt or ambiguity arising to the construction of these conditions the same will be determined by references to the rule of the Law of Northern Ireland. 
i) We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees whilst acting during their employment.

AGE GROUPS
Any child over the age of 6 will be considered an adult in relation to additional bed costs.
Cots are subject to availability and space in the room type you have booked. 

DAMAGE AND BREAKAGES 
Please take care of our home and property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur especially if you accidentally spill something – it is much easier to clean if we know what it is and act quickly. We do not normally charge for breakages, but we reserve the right to charge for repair or making good if the damage is significant.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
We hold no responsibility for guests unable to reach us due to inclement weather or traffic conditions (i.e. snow, flooding, wind, road congestion etc.). If guests are unable to reach the property due to poor weather conditions or travel issues, they will subject to a charge equivalent to the total reservation price. Please ensure you have full travel insurance to cover such an instance.

INSURANCE
You are strongly recommended to take out personal travel insurance for all members of your party. Please note that not all insurance policies intended for travel overseas are adequate to cover you for the stays featured on our website. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance cover you purchase is adequate for your needs. We do not check insurance policies.

INTERNET
A free wireless internet service is provided. The internet at Willowbank House is provided at great expense by the owners over a 4G network and is far from ‘superfast’. We want you to be connected and recognise that internet is part of how many people relax these days. We ask that you use the wifi for general browsing, social media and emails (etc) only. Video streaming will cause issues for all guest’s connectivity. Please consider your bandwidth!  If for any reason the wireless internet service is unavailable during the stay, then the management are not liable for any consequent loss or inconvenience caused.

KEYS
You have access to the building and your room 24 hours a day throughout your stay using a set of keys given to you when you register on arrival. You have full responsibility of these keys for the duration of your stay. Lost keys will be charged at £50.00 per set plus any additional costs incurred if any additional work is required, such as, locks having to be changed.

LOST PROPERTY
We are happy to return items that have been left following departure. However, there will be a minimum charge of £6.50 to cover postage and packaging.

MISSING ITEMS
We reserve the right to charge for missing items.

GAMES AND DVD's
We have a wide selection of DVD's and some games. While we would never intentionally provide material that was not age appropriate, it is the responsibility of parent/guardians/wards to ensure they are happy with any media their charges consume while at Willowbank House. We would ask anyone borrowing a  DVD that may not be suitable for all ages to take it to their room to watch. All games/DVD's should be left as you found them. IE complete and ready for the next guest.  

COVID-19
If any guests are experiencing Covid -19 symptoms prior to arrival, such as, fever, cough, shortness of breath, or loss of taste and smell, we ask that you contact us, and allow us to reschedule your stay.

It is important to note, that for the safety of our guests and staff, any guests displaying symptoms consistent with Covid -19 will be requested to seek medical attention. Should you be advised to self-isolate, we will request that you check out immediately and return home in line with HM Government guidance, in that you should use private transport and only drive yourself (if safe to do so). If you are unable to return home, you will be required to pay any additional costs that are incurred.

If not already provided valid credit, debit or charge card details, will be required prior to arrival to ensure contactless payment facilities are available, if required on check out.

Due to the constantly changing nature of HM Government guidance and advice, our internal operating practices and protocols will be continuously reviewed and immediately updated. The information detailed in this section may therefore change without notice.

Travel restrictions are widely publicised. It is the responsibility of guests to understand the rules relating to travel to/from your local area to/from Enniskillen. We will endeavour to provide up to data information for guests on local rules at the point of booking. We will accept bookings for essential travel during a lockdown if this is allowed. If this is not allowed we will be closed to bookings. It is the responsibility of guests to ensure the reason for their travel is within the local (to you and us) rules.

DEPOSIT

A deposit equivalent to the first night will be paid upon booking or at the soonest point after. 

CANCELLATION POLICY We are a small business so cancellations have a big impact on us especially if we have turned away potential guests in favour of someone who has already booked and who then cancels. We do, however, appreciate that unforeseen circumstances can intervene, and we try to be as sympathetic and helpful as possible in such cases.

a) In the event of a cancellation up to 7 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival any deposit paid will be refunded or the reservation can be transferred to another date free of charge.

b) If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of the scheduled date of arrival cancellation charges equivalent to the room(s) one-night rate will be made.

c) Guests failing to arrive, without notification, will be responsible for a charge equivalent to the total reservation price.

d) If you book within 7 days of arrival point b. above will apply. 

e) Cancellations and alterations must be made in writing.

f) If, in the event of Covid restrictions, Willowbank House cannot provide the service booked, we will either refund any deposit paid or transfer your reservation to a date of your choice, subject to availability.  Rate variations may apply. 

LOCATION INSTRUCTIONS

From Enniskillen follow the Belfast Road. You will pass Castle Coole on your left. Continue approximately 1 mile and look out for the brown sign for Willowbank House pointing to a right hand turn. Turn onto Belview Road, continue for 2 miles and we are the last property on the left. 
 
If you reach the lake, you need to turn around! 

There are also brown signs for Willowbank House coming from the Maguiresbridge/Lisbellaw side.
